تدوین مدل تأثیر مدیریت ریسک دانش بر پایداری سازمانی با توجه به نقش میانجی رفتار نوآورانه کارکنان

هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر مدیریت ریسک دانش بر پایداری سازمانی با توجه به نقش میانجی رفتار نوآورانه کارکنان بود. روششناسی: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و توصیفی–پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان یزد بود و ۱۰۹ نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده سه پرسشنامه استاندارد مربوط به مدیریت ریسک دانش، پایداری سازمانی و رفتار نوآورانه کارکنان بود. روایی بهوسیله تحلیل عاملی و میانگین واریانس استخراجی و پایایی با آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی مرکب تأیید شد. تحلیل دادهها در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی و با استفاده از همبستگی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد مدیریت ریسک دانش بر پایداری سازمانی اثر مثبت و معنادار دارد. مدیریت ریسک دانش همچنین بر رفتار نوآورانه کارکنان اثر مثبت و معنادار نشان داد. علاوه بر این، رفتار نوآورانه کارکنان پیشبین مثبت پایداری سازمانی بود. آزمون نقش میانجی نشان داد بخشی از اثر مدیریت ریسک دانش بر پایداری سازمانی از طریق رفتار نوآورانه کارکنان منتقل میشود. نتیجهگیری: پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که تقویت مدیریت ریسک دانش موجب ارتقای رفتار نوآورانه و پایداری سازمانی میشود و رفتار نوآورانه یکی از مسیرهای کلیدی اثرگذاری مدیریت ریسک دانش بر پایداری سازمانی محسوب میشود. توجه به ریسکهای دانشی و مدیریت آنها میتواند به افزایش تابآوری و پایداری بلندمدت سازمان کمک کند.
