بررسی تأثیرات اندازه شرکت و ساختار مالکیت بر قابلیت نوآوری در شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی تأثیرات اندازه شرکت و ساختار مالکیت بر قابلیت نوآوری مستمر در شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران میباشد. روششناسی: با توجه به ساختار دادههای مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش دوره 10 ساله که شامل بعد زمانی (1393 تا 1402) بود از روش پانل دیتا استفاده شد. دادههای پژوهش نمونهای غربال شده از شرکتهای بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است که در مجموع 133 شرکت را در بر میگیرد. به منظور انجام تجزیه و تحلیل آماری و تحلیل مدل از نرم افزار ایویوز نسخه ۱۲ استفاده شده است. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که ضریب برآوردی ساختار مالکیت، به میزان (0869/0) با سطح معنی داری (0078/0) حاکی از یک ارتباط مستقیم و معنی دار بین این متغیر با قابلیت نوآوری شرکت میباشد. همچنین ضریب برآوردی اندازه شرکت، به میزان (0674/0) با سطح معنی داری (0021/0) حاکی از یک ارتباط مستقیم و معنی دار بین این متغیر با قابلیت نوآوری شرکت میباشد. نتیجهگیری: میتوان نتیجه گرفت که هرچه شرکتها از اندازه بزرگتری برخوردار باشند و همچنین ساختار مالکیت شفاف باشد قابلیت نوآوری شرکتها افزایش مییابد. لذا برنامهریزان امور مالی و اقتصادی میتوانند نسبت به این عوامل توجه جدی نمایند و در جهت نوآوری در شرکتها و موسسات مالی و اقتصادی اقدمات مؤثری بردارند.
