تعیین تاثیر عناصر تضمینی رقابت بر مدیریت چابک در مشاغل خرد و متوسط

هدف: این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر عناصر تضمینی رقابت بر مدیریت چابک در مشاغل خرد و متوسط پرداخته است. روششناسی: این تحقیق به روش توصیفی-پیمایشی انجام شده و جامعه آماری آن شامل 41 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان شرکت فولاد فیدار است. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد چابکسازی سازمانی ژانگ و شریفی (2000) جمعآوری شده و برای تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل مسیر و نرمافزار اسمارت پی ال اس نسخه چهار استفاده شده است. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که تمامی متغیرهای مورد بررسی، شامل تحول دیجیتال، تراز سیستم، روشهای چابک، اسکرام، و تمرکز بر مشتری، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر مدیریت چابک دارند. شاخص تمرکز بر مشتری با ضریب مسیر 0.708 و آماره تی 8.997 بیشترین تأثیر را بر مدیریت چابک نشان داد. همچنین، تحول دیجیتال و تراز سیستم به طور معناداری بر بهبود چابکی سازمانی اثرگذار بودند. این یافتهها بر اهمیت استفاده از فناوریهای نوین و روشهای چابک برای بهبود عملکرد سازمانی تأکید دارند. نتیجهگیری: این پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل مختلفی از جمله تحول دیجیتال، تراز سیستم، و تمرکز بر مشتری میتوانند به بهبود مدیریت چابک در مشاغل خرد و متوسط کمک کنند. بهکارگیری این عوامل میتواند به سازمانها در افزایش انعطافپذیری و پاسخگویی سریع به تغییرات بازار کمک کند. پیشنهاد میشود که مشاغل خرد و متوسط سرمایهگذاری بیشتری در توسعه فناوریهای دیجیتالی و روشهای چابک داشته باشند.
